We had a hard time retrieving the tickets and getting through the admission gate. The guest services were able to work out the glitches.

My tickets would not load! Groupon has zero customer support. I have not been able to talk to anyone to resolve this. I was charged for the tickets but they never showed up in my Groupons and the link to access tickets did not work! Do not purchase through Groupon. It was only a $12 difference. I ended up buying new tickets at the door of the them park.

Great experience despite the weather. Must see if you enjoy theme parks! Especially love the Harry Potter part of it and Universal tour. Make sure to take the tour before dare -
