Chambers Bay Distillery, University Place

Inspired by Puget Sound, buddies Jeff Robinette and Alan Davis channeled their love of great whiskey into crafting Chambers Bay Distillery's first batch in 2014. Since then, their creations have racked up honors from the American Distilling Institute, the Seattle International Spirits Awards, Sip Northwest Magazine, and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Greenhorn Bourbon: Caramel salt-water taffy, fig & apple pie lead the flavor notes of this young expression of the distillery's flagship spirit (44% ABV).

Chambers Bay Straight Bourbon: Made with local grains and wild yeast, then aged in boathouses atop Puget Sound for four years, this flagship bourbon features notes of salted caramel, candied orange peel, and toasted oak (47.5% ABV).

Ghost Dog Whiskey: Smoked ghost peppers and a touch of honey bring a satisfying dose of heat (40% ABV).

Rán Vodka: Named for the Norse goddess of the sea, this "mineral water of vodkas" incorporates a hint of salt culled from the San Juan Islands (40% ABV).
