I’ve had Kybella before, and this experience felt completely different. No swelling, no pain—and no results. I honestly don’t think they used real Kybella. The receptionist gave me the injection, but never said if she was a nurse. I don’t trust this place at all.

The scheduling people need better communication skills. When I called I said I wanted an appointment for El Monte office and the person on the phone OK I’ll text u the address. She never did so I went to the El Monte location. Location was closed. I then called the office & she’s like oh no we are in temple city today 😠 so then I had to rush to that location. Which was not that nice. Overall bad

Not a PCA peel from the brand it was a strong peel that left chemical burn marks on my face. Always do hit research first I wouldn’t recommend at all.
