Wonderful experience

The service and all was fine. The problem started at checkout after i received my first treatment (1 of 6). At checkout, I scheduled the next session in which I’d redeem the 2nd and 3rd of the 6 treatments (face and décolletage). All great until the techs was unsure about how to process the 6 session Groupon for one session. I recall hearing another staff member instruct her colleague to redeem all 6 and when I asked she said they be saved in their system. I was excited to notice some subtle improvements in my skin’s texture over time and eager for round two, but they had to cancel. The tech for my treatment was out sick. I rescheduled, no big deal. But when I arrived in a downpour for the 2nd appointment and treatments 2&3 the doors were locked. I was either given or heard the wrong date. I called immediately prom the car and left voicemail. Nothing. I called several more times to schedule the remaining 5 sessions but no call back. This was, of course, during COVID and soon everything closed during quarantine. I will try once more but the Groupon has expired. I know that I can apply what I spent to a full-priced treatment, but I feel that, under the circumstances - their need to cancel, the error in rescheduling, my repeated calls, and then quarantine- I should be given credit for the remaining 5 treatments OR a full refund. I could not cash in the voucher while still valid because the tech redeemed all 6 sessions after the first and only appointment. So, ya. Low rating due to a miscommunication and COVID. I’ll call again and update.

I only received on of the three that I paid for in this Groupon. My call regarding the others was never returned. I would not purchase again.
