My experience was awful; I’d never go back or recommend this place. I was 10 min late for my appointment but called to tell them. The stylist passive aggressively complained about the lateness for most of my time there until I said sorry 3 times and told her I would do whatever I could to make up for my error, so she wouldn’t be mad anymore. She did finish my hair but I left feeling pretty awful.
