The service is horrible, the staff really needs to learn how to provide better customer service to diners. Also do not argue with customers over groupon information when the servers clearly do not know the details of the groupon. Had my server try to lie and pretend to be the night manager of the restaurant, when I had complained about the service of the restaurant. When do managers become the wait staff at a supposedly nice dining establishment. If they do then that is poor structuring and also that manager needs to be fired for providing the worst service possible.I have worked in the restaurant industry and rarely would I ever see such un-professionalism from a waiter / manager.
