Let me preface this by mentioning that I am all for local business practice, much more so than nationwide chains and corporations. The service I received here was nothing short of harsh. From the very act of setting an appointment, to using the Groupon itself, to having my vehicle's oil changed, each step was a massive hassle. I felt harassed by the employees (one was the manager or possibly even the owner), and did my best to shrug this off. The real shock came to me when I noticed that several miles had been added to my odometer, and the manager called me back in to try to resolve an issue with my steering pulling at high speeds. They never mentioned how fast they had driven it, but in my experience, the pull never occurred below 50 mph, which told me plenty. They claimed that my vehicle almost collided with oncoming traffic, and that I should have warned them of this since it's "standard policy to test drive each vehicle that comes in," as they are a repair shop, not simply a lube shop. This is, of course, only my experience, and these do vary. In my single visit, I had all the evidence I needed to know that it is not worth my while to ever leave my car in the hands of these people again.
