I really feel that the poses should be demonstrated by the instructor so that they are performed correctly to avoid injury. The classes that are designated as beginners should be for beginners, not for the group that have been attending the classes for years. They are no longer beginners.

Axel, I appreciate the way you manage a class. Groupon, you need to make arrangements with Axel to modify the expiry date on the deal. Groupon set the expiry for Sept. 5th which was misleading as many, including me, purchased with the intent of going to Axel's classes in July and August. Axel does not teach in August. Many who bought the deal are not able to benefit from all 10 classes. If I had a car I would go to his other locations but I am limited to the 1 downtown Toronto location.
