The proprietors were great but the environment (sitting in the open in a shopping mall) to have a facial wasn't conducive to a relaxing experience. I expected that I was going to a salon environment. The Groupon description wasn't accurate.

I was expecting a mini facial. What I got was a guy wiping product on and off my face in a kiosk in the middle of the mall. It was a 30 minute sales pitch, was not at all relaxing, and a waste of twenty dollars.
