A job well done. The hair was smooth and shining. It was very good except I had the treatment lotion on my forehead during the session and it hurts. I am not sure if it will cause allergic reaction or not. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars if not for that.

I think once you tell them it’s Groupon they don’t give you the correct treatment. The treatment did not last on my hair beyond a week. Also the same address shows up in Groupon under different names and different prices!Not sure why that is!

While some positive reviews might suggest otherwise I was disappointed by that hair salon. While I was looking forward to my booked Brazilian Blowout I entered a salon with staff members running around all over the place, nobody introduced themselves, nobody in particular took care of me. The only highlight was that very nice young lady who washed my hair :) and talked to me. Other than that after a smoothing solution was applied by someone a different young guy started blow drying my hair in all directions and then he wanted to start using the straightener " somehow" and I really felt puzzled about what he was doing. Finally a third guy arrived and quickly straightened my hair one time only although in the past all hair stylist straightend the hair 6-7 times doing the BB. I asked him and he stated that his straightening iron is better than any other ( never heard that before). Long story short it was by far the weirdest and unpleasant experience for me getting a Brazilian Blowout. A impersonal mass processing.
