I announced I was using a groupon to the front desk, but should have also told the vet assistant. They did additional tests that I needed to pay for. I thought telling the front desk was enough, but in retrospect I can see that it wasn't. This is a great hospital with caring staff. I will use them again.

Charge for annual physical was $72.00 in addition to the purchase of a $60.00 groupon, so no real savings. Plus receptionist made a point of saying to the veterinarian this is a "groupon" one, making us feel as if our dog was going to receive less care than their average customer. Would not recommend.
