There are no safety protocols or support for this activity. My friend flipped over in her kayak and NO ONE knew. Fortunately, she didn't panic and I was able to wave down someone to help her flip over and get back in. This could have been tragic! When we returned and shared the incident, no one had any idea that we called for help nor did they seem the least bit concerned. I will not redeem the additional vouchers or recommend this company to anyone!
