It seems like just one lady works there and she just makes up her own schedule. I went there a couple times during the posted hours of operation and no one was there. The one time I did actually get my eyebrows done, it was extremely painful. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, and it doesn't usually hurt this bad. I only used one of my 3 pack because I didn't want to go back.

Absolutey the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had! She completely didn't know what she was doing! Made each eyebrow extremely thin and different shaped. Even though I adimitly told her I didn't want them thin in the beginning. Only used one of my groupons and never went back for my other two

I was very disappointed at the lack of experience displayed by the staff. The threading took way too long and 2 out of 3times I was left with cuts on my eyebrows.
