I really enjoy working out with Doc Strong. I haven't exercised in years but Doc Strong got me motivated and I'm doing more than I thought I could.

Absolutely love this place and Doc. I went there super out of shape, and honestly scared. I worked at my pace with Doc, and got stronger every week. I could see changes in my body within a few weeks and now I’m addicted. A non judgmental, awesome place to workout. And Doc is THE BEST!
