Very nice people but they need an office manager. Hard to get return phone calls, find your records, get your prescription, etc. Also very expensive.

They gave great customer service, and recommendations when I bought my glasses. Veronica in particular was fantastic.

The customer service at A Visual Affair is outstanding, but the prices, even with the Groupon deal were EXPENSIVE!!! If you don't mind dropping $500 ($300 out of pocket with Groupon deal) on some glasses and an eye exam, them definitely go there, but people like me who are on a budget will stick to the cheaper places.

Amazingly nice sales staff! I waited close to an hour because it was a busy Saturday, so they threw in the anti-glare lenses for free ($100 value).

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this Groupon. I called in advance of buying the Groupon to confirm I would be able to use it, yet they still seemed irritated at me when they had issues using the Groupon and made me spend nearly an hour trying to call Groupon to figure out what the issue was, rather than calling themselves. After figuring it out, they seemed annoyed at me & offered me minimal assistance purchasing glasses. Finally, the Groupon was very misleading, it says $55 for eye exam and $200 off glasses, but it does not explain that does not include lenses themselves, just frames, and all the frames they offer are a minimum $299 & so I spent $200 on top of $55 for the Groupon itself.

They should have told me that with their limited frame selection, I could only choose glasses that are going to be much heavier than my old ones. That, unless they cheated me by charging me ultra-thin prices and not delivering. I am only conjecturing that theory.
