They cancelled on us repeatedly and didn't tell us until the week before the Groupon expired that they no longer offered the tour and if we wanted our money back we would need to go through Groupon.

They cancelled the tour 3 times after we booked the tour. I was unable to ever speak to a live person before the groupon expired. Lost out on $100. Terrible service, horrible company.

The company always canceled the tours. I ended up rescheduling our tour literary 5 times until I just decided it was not worth it. Very disappointed
