Andy Adames, the owner of Senor Pancho's opened his restaurant 30 years ago in Southbury. His mission was to create the best Mexican restaurant in town. Senor Pancho's skilled chefs are dedicated to providing fresh and tasty food that can satisfy all taste buds. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes like burritos, fajitas, enchiladas, salads, and many more. Currently, the restaurant is open at four different locations in Connecticut: Southbury, Prospect, Middlebury, and Thomaston.
