The instructor didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She was making up steps and exercises on the spot, and used moments in between to think about what to do next. It was frustrating, and I didn't feel I got as good of a workout as I've had with other Bollywood dance/workout classes I have attended. I wish I hadn't bought the Groupon - despite the discount, it still wasn't worth the cost.

I previously tried Bollycore fitness classes and found them to be a much better workout with better choreography and well planned classes that were different every time so it was always a challenge.
