It’s fine if you have no insurance and need acne care but must commit to multiple times before you will see results.

A 2 star rating for something thats out of my control is somewhat unfair. Clearing acne does not happen overnight night, it is a marathon not a sprint. It takes time, patience and compliancy to get the skin clear. A 3 month time span of 6 bi monthly treatments along with using the recommended products at home is not unreasonable. This program has been successfully proven over and over again.

I am extremely professional... you purchased this for an acne consult and treatment for your daughter, which I did and neither one of you were liking or comfortable with what I was suggesting to help her to get clear skin, although it’s proven it’s success over and over again. In fact you sat there and told her she didn’t need to do what I was suggesting. If you weren’t concerned about her acne and how to clear it ,I’m not certain why you purchased this. I addressed your daughter just like I would with any of my existing clients I have. Just this week I had 4 other clients with this Groupon that have started the program and eager to achieve clear skin. I’m sorry you were unhappy and feel I was not professional.
