The person that was suppose to perform the service no longer was there. Even though I made the appointment I did not receive a phone call that things had changed. I found out when I showed up for the appointment of the situation. I would have been extra upset if I had to drive a distance to get there.

This was a gift for my wife's birthday and she was not impressed at all. The girl was somewhere else, not there working on my wife. I paid for the better of the two groupon services and it was not what she expected. It was very short and rushed experience. She said she felt like the girl couldn't get rid of her fast enough.

They did not honor their groupon I had to request a refund. Fortunately groupon does honor its promise.
