First I would like to say that I do have a regular stylist who has been helping to grow my hair out. She cuts my hair every 6-8 weeks to have it strong and healthy. I purchased this deal only because of the deep conditioning treatment, and would only get a light trim. I explained to Robbie that I was trying to grow my layers out, and did not want much taken off of my hair. I simply wanted a light trim. Robbie did the opposite of what I told him I wanted him to do and my appointment took forever to finish (took an hour and a half). He was rough with my hair, blow dried my hair with a paddle brush while it was still soaking wet. He twisted my hair in sections and sliced through it with scissors to blend my layers which is NOT what I wanted at all. He would take sections of my hair with the scissors instead of using a comb. He also used the scissors to slide down my hair shaft. I seriously felt anxiety with this guy using scissors. I do not recommend Robbie even if I didn't have a regular stylist.
