While it was relaxing and my skin felt nicer afterwards, the therapist was not very thorough. She missed areas around my nose and chin which are pretty key areas.

I bought a 60mins red light therapy session on groupon. I had to book appt online and put in cc info to confirm. They advanced my cc $1 to confirm validity of card, but attendant didnt know what it was when i inquired in-person, which i found interesting. Before arrival, i received a text saying that if any changes to appt are necessary, they would charge my cc $100 (although reg full price of service was only $50, so they are DOUBLING the charge if you cant make it!!). When i went into the sauna, they had only put in 30mins for my timing instead of the full 60mins paid for—so i added some time on myself. Additionally, they claimed ‘free parking’ in their garage—yet parking attendant informed i owed payment. I told him the establishment said it was free-he did not care. Not impressed by any of this.
