Had an alignment done to my car. Quick service and very nice staff. Quoted me an hour (when I made the appointment) and it only took about 40 minutes.

The trail tire center was extremely unprofessional and nasty. I received a quote from two employees, I agreed on the quote and the owner completely changed the price at the end. Customers complained to the owner about the differences in prices and he became very loud and nasty and after the employees confirmed the correct pricing the owner disregarded them and still charged the higher fee. I will never ever go back to this place.

This place did an alingment on my car and made it worse!! They told that my tire rods were bad and i took it my reg. car repair person and there was nothing wrong with my rods. The 1st thing that Trail Tire quoted to me was price that the new rods would cost $285. I would never recomand this place to anyone as long as i live. They were rude and uncaring and had no cust. serv. skills. DON'T GO!!
