To Chris at Draper Grease Monkey: A) Clean Rubber-boot, clean & Grease Guide-pins. Use silicon paste. B) Don't dangle Brake-line! You almost damaged it. Use a hanger. C) Clean rotor-hub with wire-brush. D) Clean brake-dust & dirt from rubber-boot around brake-piston surface with shop towel. You contaminated the brake fluid. E) Clean & wipe rotor with brake clean. F) Don't change brake pads if they are 6mm or more.

This promotion didn't work for me. C I didn't pay attention to the fine print and couldn't use it st my close location. However, the location I go to is great! They are so friendly, helpful, provide super fast and reliable service. I won't go anywhere else now. They also have free popcorn and sodas for the kids which my kids liven and it makes it more bearable. I wish they'd have regular tv. Whatever weird station they use now is insanely annoying and just runs continuous random ads or snippets of things. It is torture to sit waiting with only that to be exposed to. Other than that- the employees have all been awesome and we always go there! Liz
