Following Baja Fresh’s ethos set in 1990 as a healthy take on fast food, fresh meats sizzle atop the grill before they're tucked into made-to-order tacos and burritos. The food is really good and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is really cold, it always is. I feel that is there was more light inside it would help being more customers. It needs to be more visible.
