I had more than one failed attempt at scheduling my jump, due to inclement weather. I was provided at least 24 hrs notice of the need for cancellation. The staff was friendly and kept their schedule on time. I had no issues applying the Groupon credit to my jump, because it was expired by the time I could use it. I received my photos/videos within 30 mins. I will return.

I took my dive three days back, still I didnt receive my photos and videos. I was very upset.
