A lot has changed since the 1940 dedication ceremonies for the three formal ski trails at Winter Park Ski Area. Today, Winter Park Resort spans more than 3,000 acres of skiable terrain on the west side of the Continental Divide, including seven different territories of world-class skiing with a variety of trails for all skill levels. For year-round thrills, a scenic gondola whisks riders up the Rockies to an elevation of 10,700 feet, featuring stunning views of the Continental Divide and the Fraser Valley on the way up and down without the hassle of a long bike ride or hike.
