The staff here are very friendly and informative. I look forward to my next visit. The Whole Body Cryotherapy is really helping with my joint and muscle pain and only takes 3 minutes per session. I met several clients that say they go 3-5 times a week.

Great experience!! Was early and they got me in right away!! It’s very COLD! I felt great afterwards!! Be sure to eat prior to burn off those calories!!!
