There once was a pair of friends who shared the same name. Those friends—the Gregs—also shared the belief that even casual food should be fresh. So they put their heads together, eventually founding Zaw Pizza Take & Bake in Seattle, where seasonal, organic, unique, and local ingredients (endearingly referred to as "S.O.U.L.") top carefully crafted bake-at-home pies.
Later, the Gregs revamped their Capitol Hill location with additions like salads and local beverages, giving customers even more variety than pizzas made with traditional, gluten-free, or paleo crusts.
To further their commitment to quality and community, the Gregs strive to source local ingredients from neighborhood farmers' markets whenever possible.
