Yulee CrossFit is the only CrossFit affiliate in Nassau County. Our experienced coaches are here to help you learn everything you need to know in order to get the most out of your workouts and our community atmosphere provides support and encouragement that you won't find at typical gyms.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration and motivation behind Yulee CrossFit was to bring create a CrossFit community for Yulee and the surrounding area. The CrossFit community includes people from all walks of life who support and motivate each other to commit to working hard in order to reach fitness goals.

What do you love most about your job?
The coaches at Yulee CrossFit love helping our athletes reach their fitness goals. We also love helping athletes accomplish things they never thought possible and become the best version of themselves.
