I had an appointment with another lash tech who stood me up and in panic I remembered viewing Soft Academy’s work and admired it. I called Nadia and she immediately got me in. She didn’t have to think twice even tho her studio wasn’t ready. She just wanted to make sure she took care of me. My lashes look so natural and beautiful. Nadia has one of the kindest souls and has true passion for her work
