Nathan -- A MAZE 'ing. Best massage I have ever had and I have had oodles in my 70+ years. I did have a couple specific areas I wanted Nathan to concentrate on and he absolutely made a difference in my mobility. It may be short-lived after years of neck issues but I left feeling fantastic. A little improvement now and moving forward, I feel optimistic.
My neck and shoulders (shoulders after a terrible fall) never felt better since I was probably in my 40s! He was thorough, took his time and offered a lot of feedback and information including a few simple exercises I can do at home...and have started.
