The team at Enterprise are great! 💯 They're all super professional, helpful, never pushy, and very speedy. Even if there are other cars being serviced I never have to wait too long. They even bring me a coffee while I wait for my oil to be changed, and they're usually done before I finish drinking it. 😅
I appreciate that they provide suggestions of maintenance that my vehicle might need with a sheet detailing it and estimated costs, but they're never pushy, just informative. When I do decide to take care of that extra maintenance, I'll go to Enterprise as they've earned my trust over the years. 👍 Seriously great team and great service.
Absolutely awesome! The staff was very engage in the protection of their customers. Eg: a new rhino was introduced to the open landscape. Being new to it’s surroundings the staff told us to stay a distance away if, one is nearby and to roll up your windows. And, avoid going towards or near.it. They also had staff in vehicles monitoring it and the customers. Beautiful, clean grounds and a great experience for all the kids in the car (The granddaughter and her mom, Grandpa and Grandma). 😂 So great to see Bison, Rhino’s, giraffes as well as a plethora of other animals running free. Certainly a memory not soon to forget! Thank you all!
