I appreciated all the communication about when the crew would arrive. The crew was very efficient and I liked that they put drop cloths down to cover the rug and floor. The crew leader was very good at explaining the process. We had to pay a small fee because our couch went two feet over the size limit, but all that was explained before the cleaning took place.

Had to pay extra for the return vent cleaning as it was not included in the original costs. It was a little surprise to me, but think it’s worth it and a lot cheaper than some other vent cleaning companies I talked to
