No one’s fault but in small print, it said for first time users only and this was my second time there so I had to pay an up charge and pay full price. I was not happy.
I got this as a 21st birthday present and it was amazing. The lady who massaged me Keisha did an awesome job, she was so sweet and made sure the whole experience went well for me and it certainly did. The front desk was also amazing help as well and so friendly! 10/10
I love this place. It really helps my sinus and allergies after a visit. I can feel my sinuses clearing during the relaxing 45 minutes.
The attendance had a slight accent and talked in a lower tone, it was hard to hear with hearing aides. Also, I have been there before, and initially I thought they did away with headphones until my friend let me know they were hooked to the top of the chair. Speaking in bit of a louder tone in the salt cave would be most welcomed for our return visits.
