I did have to wait for a while though I had an appointment. It does make you wonder if they take other customers first because they did not use a coupon. But otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

The interior is very nice, clean, and spa-like. The women working there were very pleasant and professional. I loved the nurse who gave me the treatment. She was very friendly, answered my questions and was concerned about my comfort. The music was not conducive to the spa's atmosphere. An excellent experience

What You'll Get

Until scientists develop a weapon potent enough to destroy gravity, wrinkles and falling coconuts will continue to serve as humbling reminders of our delicate mortality. Fight back against gravity’s threats with today’s Groupon to Advanced Medical Spa and Cosmetic Surgery Center, valid at the Sacramento and Rocklin locations. Choose from the following options:

  • For $120, you get 20 units of Botox (a $280 value).
  • For $199, you get 40 units of Botox (a $560 value).
  • For $299, you get 60 units of Botox (a $840 value).

The savvy physicians and professionals at Advanced Medical Spa work to temporarily expunge fine lines and wrinkles from mugs with FDA-approved Botox cosmetic treatments. During the roughly 30-minute procedure, line smoothers inject line-laden areas with the specialized serum, which temporarily slows down hyperactive muscles by blocking nerve impulses. Much like the pain of not winning the yearbook award for Best Shoelaces, wrinkles eventually fade, diminishing in visibility over 30 days with results lasting up to four months. The minimally invasive treatment allows patients to leave the spa’s brightly lit rooms to return to competitive crab-walking tournaments immediately after their appointments.

Botox may cause serious side effects that can be life threatening, including problems swallowing, speaking, or breathing. Read all safety considerations for Botox here.

About Advanced Medical Spa

Supervised by Dr. Efrain Gonzalez, Advanced Medical Spa's two locations offer spa skincare services along with a full card of plastic-surgery procedures. Aesthetician Kayla Huntoon customizes facials with Obagi Medical skincare products, performs chemical peels, and offers cosmetic fillers such as Botox. She makes sure her clients understand the treatments they choose because "people need to be informed as well as taken care of," she says. To that end, Kayla equips clients with thorough understanding of their chosen procedures, aftercare instructions, and handkerchiefs stitched from the pages of Physicians' Desk Reference. Complementing Dr. Gonzalez's body-contouring services, Kayla gives clients pointers on how to maximize their aesthetic results with diet and exercise; after all, looking young and healthy is "a lifestyle," she concludes.
