What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We provide support and skill training to help with Stress Management; Worry Or Anxiety Management; Sadness Or Depression Management; Anger Management; Relationship Conflict Or Abuse; Veterans Counseling; Counseling For Abuse Victims; and Therapy After A Traumatic Experience.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started this practice because I noticed a deficit of quality counseling services that are affordable for working class families with their hectic schedules. This practice has evening and Sunday appointments and sets schedules so different family members can be seen separately at the same time.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing all clinicians in this practice have in common is our love for the nature of people to rebound and to grow. Witnessing an individual, a couple or family grow from feeling defeated to empowered is a wonderful journey to be a part of.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We thought about this as a group. The best reaction we ever got was a surprise lip-sync performance by a client. Although previously depressed, she was finally able to enjoy being silly again.
