Choose Between Two Options

  • $29 for 5 drop-in boot-camp classes (a $120 value)
  • $39 for 10 drop-in boot-camp classes (a $206 value)

Classes are available on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. Each participant must bring a mat and a medium-to-heavy resistance band. Women must bring a 6-lb. medicine ball and men an 8-lb. medicine ball.

Annapolis Boot-Camp

It may seem intimidating that Annapolis Boot-Camp places beginners and seasoned athletes side-by-side, but classes are about camaraderie rather than competition. Newcomers strive for their goals with encouragement from experienced students and fitness knowledge from personal trainers and boot-camp instructors Sandra Turner and Tim Benningfield. During each session, participants perform scalable cardio, strength, and interval-training exercises that suit their individual abilities. A day's workout may include jumping rope to elevate heart rates, squats to develop muscle endurance, or TRX suspension exercises to show barbells how easily they can be replaced.
