While there, an issue with the vehicle unrelated to THEM or anything they had done. The brake light fuse blew out, which caused the ignition interlocking device to not allow the car to start. We agreed to pay them $85 diagnostic fee to locate the problem and fix...car needed new battery as well, paid them nearly $400 for battery which was wrong for the car. They never discovered the blown fuse.

Bad service! Zero star! This the first time I went to a shop that no respect for the time of the customer.
Had an appointment at 11am. Dropped off my car at 10:20am (early than appt time) I went in around 6pm (already dark and raining)
And when time to pay @6:40p the manager said the alignment was not completed coz of their machine not working. They didn't bother to inform me until payment time.
