I had very bad seat stains and he was able to get the stains out. He cleaned in the car interior very well. My only issue was that I had go wait longer than I expected to for my car to be ready, he initially told me that it would take 2 1/2 hrs. I dropped the car off at 845 and didnt get a call saying that it was ready until around 150. I was the first car so mine should have been cleaned first
