What You'll Get
The most secretive body parts are muscles, which hide behind layers of skin and appear only occasionally to help lift cars off trapped kittens. Flex your biceps in the absence of a cat emergency with today's Groupon: for $18, you get 20 classes at Brick Bodies and Lynne Brick's, with seven locations in the Baltimore area (a $200 value).
Brick Bodies and Lynne Brick's health clubs share a fitness cornucopia of more than 30 kinds of group classes, helping exercisers reach training goals from dance-floor domination to world domination. Newbies can ease in at their own pace with the low-impact, rejuvenating BodyVive workout, which incorporates Vive balls and tubes for cardio and strength drills set to upbeat tunes. The gym conducts BodyFlow for the thinkers, BodyCombat for the fighters, and BodyAttack for the athletes. BodyPump hulks out willing participants, and the all-you-can-drink AquaSculpting water-aerobics class gently shapes the physique.
Designed by founder and Renaissance woman Lynne Brick and her accomplished husband Victor, Brick Bodies' classes are comfortable, coed, and results-oriented. The Owings Mills and Belvedere locations feature women-only facilities and classes under the Lynne Brick's moniker.
