Classes are very challenging. Staff is amazing. Group classes are not too big so everyone gets individual attention. I love that it doesn't have a big gym feel and staff actually learns your name!

Burn It Build keeps their roster of workouts simple. It has just two styles of one-hour classes, each based on H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) principles. Both classes are suitable for any student, regardless of their particular goals or fitness level. Read on to learn more about the two styles:

Burn It

Emphasizing a cardiovascular workout with resistance training, these classes use treadmills, air bikes, TRX, and weights to efficiently torch calories. Polar heart-rate monitoring devices keep track of each student's heart rate and the calories they burn, displaying that info on TV screens to help tailor workouts to each client. Coaches increase or decrease intensity levels throughout the workout based on each individual's fitness level, instructing them all the while on how to use proper form.

Build It

Starting from a weight-based emphasis, these workouts emphasize larger muscle groups with short cardio bursts. Coaches focus on proper technique while increasing or decreasing weights and repetitions. This workout is ideal for those who want to gain muscle or just get lean and toned.
