During this class, headed by executive chef Andrew Bennardo, former owner of Talias Tuscan Table restaurant, the chef imparts his cooking wisdom upon students using food items such as snapper, bruschetta, pasta fagioli, mother sauces, fresh berries sabayon, and wines. Classes are held Wednesdays, Sundays, and every other Saturday at 6 p.m.

Chef Baba creates a classic Italian menu for each class. Perhaps you will learn how to make a savory appetizer like grilled Shrimp wrapped in delicate Prosciutto or Bruscetta. Maybe you’ll move on to a Primo Platti of Clams and Mussels, homemade Tri-Color Ricotta Gnocchi, Ossobucco of Veal, and a wonderful pesce like Whole Yellowtail Snapper en Papillotte. Perhaps you will top it all off with a mouth-watering, homemade apple tart or fresh berry sabayon.
