Choose Between Two Options

Exercisers strive through a series of CrossFit-style challenges, including calisthenics and running; the time they take to finish them is recorded as their beginning time. They can then run the course throughout the weeks to work on their time and, consequently, their fitness levels. At the end of the challenge, exercisers run the course again; if their time is cut by a minute or more, they win a free month of training for themselves and a guest.

Each one-hour class is broken down into several segments, such as ab work and strength and conditioning, that incorporate boxing movements and CrossFit-style exercises.

I recommend anyone who wants to workout at their own pace and have no pressure. But if you want that push you can have it also to come join the fun and sweat and look GOOD with US!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the workout. The guys training us were great! Can't wait to start seeing the results in a few weeks! Lots of push ups and sit ups!!!! My arms are burning after one class.
