About Ciao Amore
"Enter as a stranger, leave as a friend." Such is the slogan of Ciao Amore Ristorante, where sophisticated, gourmet Italian fare is just one of the reasons guests become regulars. Being a BYOB place doesn't hurt, either; but for many, it's the welcoming atmosphere and cozy ambience that sets Ciao Amore apart. When chef and owner Cesar Pineda is not greeting guests with a smile as they enter the warmly lit, brick-and-wood dining room, he's devising new dishes for the menu. Beef brascole over house-made cavatelli, veal with ravioli in creamy porcini wine sauce, and asiago-stuffed gnocchi with pesto are just a few fan favorites.
