The best way to get to know artist Claudia Groll may be to look at one of her paintings. Each of her works evokes some aspect of her spirit, whether expressed in vibrant hues or in layers of tactile mixed-media materials arranged on the canvas. During Claudia’s classes, she encourages students that feel the same urge to transform their feelings as art. In small classes for both kids and adults, Claudia helps students get comfortable with painting before showing how to work with acrylics, oils, and silk. These are some of the same lessons Claudia has perfected in her own work since learning to paint almost 20 years ago, lessons that helped her to produce art worthy of several exhibitions since.
