Concept 10 10
Even before a client arrives for a workout at Concept 10 10, the trainer already has the equipment set up and waiting. Each workout is conducted in a temperature controlled environment that is free of excess noise from phones or music. And there is no distraction from onlookers or other individuals, since these workouts are conducted in private. This helps trainers guide their clients through each exercise without distraction and helps clients focus on preventing back injuries by strengthening muscles in the lower body. Trainers provide guidance and feedback during each exercise to make sure that the equipment is properly adjusted and that correct form is used.
