CrossFit Coconut Creek
Every visit to the more than 3,100-square-foot CrossFit Coconut Creek is bound to have a surprise or two. Every day, the instructors concoct a new combination of strength-and-conditioning exercises in the Workout of the Day, which could include pushups, lunges, box jumps, burpees, and sprints. No workout is the same, and each exercise can be scaled to match an exerciser’s fitness level. Newbies can get a running and jumping start to CrossFit with help from Fundamentals classes.
