Coaches guide members through workouts to ensure the correct form is used during such activities as Olympic–style weightlifting, kettlebell swinging, rope tying, and tire flipping. The nature of the exercises––steeped in functional movements––allows for easy customization so everyone is equally challenged. And by offering new workouts every day,coaches help people better improve in CrossFit’s 10 fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
