CrossFit Elk Grove
Like countless CrossFit coaches across the country, CrossFit Elk Grove's staff adheres to the basic tenet of CrossFit: the workout of the day. Although continually changing, the signature workouts typically include a series of functional exercises such as pull-ups, squats, keyboard pokes, and box jumps. The coaches supplement the main program with other CrossFit programs, including ones designed specifically for kids and endurance athletes.
